Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll create a Pick and Drop where a Pickup man will go to your place and pick the product and then deliver it to us within 3-7 days. Once the parcel is delivered to us, we will promptly issue a refund. Note that delivery charge will be excluded from the refunded amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at our Facebook Page or Call us at 01947497653. You can ask for exchange in case of Size Issues, defective product or any other issue that you face after receiving the product. If the fault is on us or the product then the exchange will be issued without any charge. If you want to exchange because you need a different size or want different product then delivery charge will be applied.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your bKash/Nagad/Rocket or any other payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
